Tickets are for personal use only and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless otherwise specified for a particular Event or Course, all Ticket sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for Tickets purchased. However, in certain circumstances, such as a significant change to the Event or Course details, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or the option to transfer your Ticket. 4.2. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Event or Course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, low attendance, speaker unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure events. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund for your Ticket(s) or the option to transfer your Ticket(s) to a rescheduled date or an alternative Event/Course of equivalent value. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to, travel or accommodation expenses.

4.3. Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If Masterclasses are cancelled, refunds will be limited to face value of the ticket and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
