All prices for Tickets are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our Website. Your Ticket will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.

However, in certain circumstances, such as a significant change to the Event or Course details, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or the option to transfer your Ticket. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Event or Course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, low attendance, speaker unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure events. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund for your Ticket(s) or the option to transfer your Ticket(s) to a rescheduled date or an alternative Event/Course of equivalent value. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to, travel or accommodation expenses.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If Masterclasses are cancelled, refunds will be limited to face value of the ticket and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
